Arvind’s lessons are relevant not just for technology vendors, but technology leaders and procurers as well. He reminds us that it is OK we aren’t experts in every solution or technology. Instead, we need to think of ourselves as “master conductors of a large symphony” and bring in “trusted partners” with expertise.
