Chief Customer Officer
Douglas Gattuso, a nearly 30-year veteran of the IT services industry, has worked for several global consulting, systems integration and outsourcing firms, SAP Global Partners, and start-ups focused on ERP systems and big data. Douglas has a long history of success in executive leadership positions throughout the greater tech sector, including previous acting as President of NEORIS, a leading nearshore IT services provider. Under Douglas's leadership, NEORIS achieved 500% growth in the US market, achieving annual revenues of nearly $50M. Prior roles at NEORIS include acting as a client partner where he led global digital transformation programs for F500 customers. Other previous roles include serving as a partner and managing director for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) Consulting (now DXC). Douglas has deployed his leadership experience across the globe, working extensively across the NA, LATAM and EMEA markets.
Douglas holds a Computer Science degree from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland and subsequently achieved the rank of Captain in the United States Marine Corps prior to beginning his work in commercial sectors. In his free time Douglas's enjoys gardening, reading, and cooking. Douglas and his wife reside in the greater-Chicago area and have three adult children.
