The solution, resold by SAP as SAP® Master Data Governance, retail and fashion management extension by Utopia, is now certified on SAP S/4HANA 1610 including integration and functionality to support SAP S/4HANA Retail for merchandise management.
The newest version of this software release provides organizations, at any phase of their digital transformation, the ability to maximize their investment in SAP S/4HANA and the digital core.
This solution provides structured business processes to find, create and change article master data within one central framework across operations and business intelligence systems within the digital core. The processes are workflow-driven throughout revision and approval phases, including collaboration between all users participating in the management and ongoing maintenance of master data.
SAP® Master Data Governance, retail and fashion management extension by Utopia 9.0, has extended support for functionality including segmentation of characteristics of each article by store or distribution center, and vendor based global trade item number (GTIN), in addition to introducing improvements to the latest Master Data Governance framework. This release also comes with increased search capabilities with the SAP HANA® platform, including duplicate check, and supports entry of long-text freeform characteristics.
