Mr. Verma manages global pre-sales and solutions to help define and execute strategic/tactical initiatives that contribute to growth, improve performance, and reduce costs by introducing new services and technology solutions such as business process reengineering (BPR), enterprise information management (EIM), enterprise content management (ECM), enterprise master data management (MDM), enterprise data lifecycle management™ (EDLM), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) to help clients overcome business challenges.

Mr. Verma has over 21 years of extensive global experience in supply chain/logistics and healthcare business domain directing business and technology organizations. Apart from his technical skills he also has a complete exposure to overall business aspects to maintain a strong understanding of the key business drivers, future strategic direction, and support teams to ensure strong execution, delivery of customer value and positive business results.

Mr. Verma is skilled in leveraging tactical strategies to manage change and support organizational growth in complex environments in directing global and national programs and turnarounds to maximize ROI, streamline processes, strengthen customer relationships, and/or integrate complex technology ecosystems while ensuring reuse of existing investments, identifying opportunities for growth, introducing new services and products, and improving operations performance and service levels. He has worked in Fortune 100 companies and with major IT service providers including SAP, IBM, Accenture, Hewlett Packard (HP), Deloitte, Tata Consultancy Services, Infosys, Wipro, Mahindra Satyam in managing and implementing full software development lifecycle (SDLC) data warehousing, business intelligence, client server, and web-enabled solutions under complex SOX and HIPAA compliant environments.

Prior to joining Utopia, Mr. Verma was a senior consultant at HP Americas and was responsible for delivery and business development of data warehousing (DW) and business intelligence (BI) solutions. He has evaluated tools, technology, methodologies, and applied best practices to support organizational design and technical infrastructure development. He has authored several white papers, provided thought leadership, and has presented at local chapter of America SAP User's Group (ASUG).

Mr. Verma holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from DePaul University, Chicago and is currently pursuing his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, Lake Forest. He is very active within his community and volunteers as treasurer at a Senior Citizen Homeowners Association. He lives in Chicago with his wife and two children.
