Director of Special Projects

Srihari brings to Utopia a unique combination of advanced project management skills with technical knowledge of domains such as IT Infrastructure, ITES and service delivery operations. He has managed many global projects with resources collocated in various geographies. His strengths are people management and "drive for results".

Srihari has held numerous positions in companies like EDS, HP and DELL with responsibilities including transition management (over 4 global transitions handled successfully), New Center setup (helped setup technical support center in China for HP), PMO (Project Management Office) setup, PgO (Program Office) Management, Imparting training for PMP certification, setup of SMO (Skills Management Office) and various other strategic projects including design and setup of DR (Disaster Recovery) sites.

With the experience of having worked in multiple geographies like USA, Europe, Singapore, China and UAE, Srihari has the following credentials:

- Certified instructor in Customer Service (Certified by AcheiveGlobal Inc.)
- Certified in "ASPECT" capacity planning and management software
- PMP Certified
- MSP (Microsoft Project) Instructor
- Data Migration specialist in MM, PM module within SAP

In his current role, he manages complex projects applying on-site/off-shore delivery model thus bringing value to the customer with increased efficiency and quality.

Srihari holds a Bachelor degree in Engineering with a state rank from University of Mysore. He also holds a Business Management degree from XLRI, Jamshedpur.
