Ronak was most recently a Client Relationship Manager at LexisNexis, where he was responsible for overall account management, client relationship, and revenue responsibility for 13 large law firms including the world's 2nd largest, DLA Piper LLP.
Prior to that, he was Senior Manager of Global Client Solutions for Informance International where he was responsible for major global accounts and 100% of the company's professional services sales revenue.
Ronak has significant experience leveraging consulting and technology skills and services to facilitate higher confidence strategic business decisions for global clients. His work has focused on generating revenue through enterprise sales and pre-sales, requirements definition, design, delivery, and project management of global implementation and professional service methodologies, and driving customer satisfaction. He has served best-in-class organizations across various industries including consumer products, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, high-tech electronics, chemicals, oil, industrial, and legal.
His client portfolio has included an $185B Oil Company, a $22B Pharmaceutical Company, a $51B Healthcare Products Company, a $50B Consumer Products Company, a $16B Chemicals Company, and a $71B Food and Risk Management Company.
Ronak holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences from Northwestern University, Evanston, IL. He concentrated his studies in Manufacturing and Economics and also earned Cooperative Education Accreditation and Business Basics Certification from Northwestern University. He speaks fluent Gujarati.
Ronak lives in Evanston, IL with his wife. He is an avid sports fan, and in his free time loves playing recreational softball, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
