For most of his early career, Andy worked in the consumer marketing world. He's led a wide variety of organizations – large and small - in the development of breakthrough new products, services, and communications. Companies served include well known names such as Kraft Foods and Disney. 

On the heels of his corporate experiences, Andy co-founded Utopia and helped lead the company through its early stages of development into 2007.  After a sabbatical and variety of external assignments, to include COO of a HR Software and Payroll company, Andy returned to Utopia in 2010.  In his current role he oversees all human resources operations and enables the foundation of a “Best in Class” organization that is the #1 choice of clients, alliance partners and employees worldwide.

Andy is a West Point graduate and also holds an MBA from Northwestern University. He has authored numerous articles on topics ranging from “Entrepreneurial Success” to “Marketing in a Recession”, and routinely speaks to university and business groups.  Among other entrepreneurial ventures, Andy also co-founded Value Communications Corporation, a prepaid telecom company that was acquired by Rediff.com (NASDAQ: REDF) in 2001.

Today Andy resides in Orlando, Florida with his wife, three children, two dogs and a cat named Snoop.
