Senior Director of Solutions Consulting

Ralph was recently Senior Manager Deloitte Consulting SEA, Singapore. Prior to joining the Consulting industry in 1993 Ralph gained extensive experience in manufacturing and logistics, culminating in a position as Production Control Manager responsible for the operating effectiveness of a substantial aeronautics mechanical manufacturing facility.

In achieving significant productivity gains, Ralph developed and implemented improved ways of working in a wide range of operational areas.

Since becoming a consultant Ralph has directed a wide variety of assignments focusing primarily on the development and implementation of wide ranging SAP R/3 projects in the electronics automotive and aerospace industries.

In the course of these assignments Ralph has been exposed to a wide range of disciplines and business environments and has developed particular expertise in the areas of International Strategic Business Development and Business Process Reengineering in logistics and finances.

Ralph has worked extensively across Europe, the Asia Pacific region, the Americas on global initiatives with major multinational clients.

His experience includes several complete full-cycle implementations with SD, MM, PP, PS, FI, CO, AA for various major multinational clients.

In total, Ralph has had more than 15 years of SAP R/3 experience, including SAP R/2 experience in some projects. As well, Ralph is an accomplished SAP configurator.

Ralph started working with SAP in the supply-line modules: SD, MM, PP and PS, then by necessity became involved with CO at the backend, and then also FI, which has continued to grow his already extensive knowledge of SAP R3.

Ralph has a Diploma in mathematics, physics, medicine from RWTH, Germany and a Doctorate to the faculty of mechanical engineering of RWTH, Germany.
